Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Everhaus (“Everhaus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private health and lifestyle club located in Las Vegas, Nevada, owned and operated by Highgarden Holdings. Privacy and discretion are foundational to how we operate, and this Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through everhaus.club, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or submitting an invitation request, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide to us directly when you request an invitation, inquire about membership, book a consultation, or communicate with us. This includes:
- Identity information — your first and last name.
- Contact information — your email address, mobile or telephone number, and mailing address (street, city, state, and ZIP code).
- Date of birth — used to confirm eligibility and to personalize your member experience.
- Health and wellness goals — the longevity or wellness objectives you choose to share with us so we can assess fit and tailor our conversation with you.
- Referral information — the name of the member or party who referred you, where applicable.
- Communications — records of your correspondence with us, including emails, text messages, call notes, and appointment history.
- Payment information — if you proceed to membership, payment card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor. Everhaus does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
- Technical information — standard web data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review, evaluate, and respond to your invitation request or membership inquiry.
- Contact you about membership — by phone, email, and, where you have expressly consented, by text message.
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you of consultations, tours, and appointments.
- Send membership information, updates, and club communications you have asked to receive.
- Personalize our conversations with you based on the wellness goals you share.
- Process membership payments and maintain billing records.
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems, and detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive submissions.
- Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. SMS and Text Messaging Program
This section describes our text messaging practices and our commitments under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier and industry requirements.
Express written consent
We send text messages only to individuals who have given prior express written consent to receive them. On our invitation request form, consent is given by affirmatively checking the SMS opt-in box — it is never pre-checked, never bundled into another agreement, and never inferred merely because you gave us a phone number. We record the fact and the date of your consent.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership, and it is not required to purchase any goods or services from Everhaus. You may request an invitation, speak with us, and become a member without ever agreeing to receive texts.
What we send and how often
Messages relate to membership information and updates, including responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and club communications. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier under your wireless plan, not from Everhaus. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out or get help
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts to that number.
- For assistance, reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us at info@everhaus.club.
- You may also opt out at any time by emailing info@everhaus.club with your request.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or telephone communications; contact us if you wish to change those preferences as well.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and to network availability, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
4. How We Share Your Information
Everhaus does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party organizations for their own marketing purposes.
No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in consent — will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except the service providers described below that are strictly necessary to deliver the messages you asked to receive.
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf — payment processing, message and email delivery, scheduling, hosting, and customer relationship management — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Within Everhaus and Highgarden Holdings. Our staff and membership team, on a need-to-know basis, to respond to and serve you.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our members or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following third parties, each of which maintains its own privacy practices:
- Stripe — processes membership payments. Payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under its privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations.
- Google — provides calendar and scheduling services used to arrange and manage consultations and appointments, and email services used for club correspondence.
- Twilio — delivers the text messages you have consented to receive.
- Website hosting and analytics providers — operate everhaus.club and help us understand aggregate site usage.
These providers process your information on our instructions and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS). We restrict access to personal information to the Everhaus staff and service providers who need it to do their work, and we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as it serves the purposes described in this policy:
- Membership inquiries that do not become memberships — retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymized.
- Member records — retained for the duration of your membership and for up to seven (7) years afterward, to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- SMS consent and opt-out records — retained for at least five (5) years, as evidence of consent and of honored opt-out requests under the TCPA. Where you have opted out, we retain only what is necessary to ensure we do not text you again.
- Payment records — retained by our payment processor according to its own retention schedule and applicable financial regulations.
You may request earlier deletion as described below, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may, at any time:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request that we correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request that we delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw your consent to text messages (reply STOP) or to email communications (use the unsubscribe link or contact us).
Nevada residents. Under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A), Nevada consumers may submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered personal information. Everhaus does not sell personal information, but you may submit such a request to info@everhaus.club.
California residents. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, email info@everhaus.club. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning correctly, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate usage. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.
10. Children’s Privacy
Everhaus is intended for adults. Our website and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to you where required by law.
